Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 3 years and 8 months old
My cat has recently been eating less than normal, when a give her, her food she eats a tiny bit and wanders off. She doesn't appear to be in any pain or discomfort when she eats and everything else is normal. She has managed to eat one meal over the period of a day. Should I be worried? And if I won't be able to make it to a vet for about a week what should i do?

I would be worried if Tommen is appearing weak. There are viruses that can be serious or even fatal. Toxins or severe bacterial infections can also present the same way.
If there is an emergency clinic around, I would recommend to go there asap. They will be able to provide testing and supportive care.
if there are not emergency clinics, then I would advise to force her to drink water with a syringe or eye dropper. Get at least 30cc in her throughout the day. If you can force feed her some canned food, that would also be good (about 10cc). Make sure she is warm and keep things quite. Then get her into the vet tomorrow first thing. I hope this helps your baby!
