My cat has ear mites, and Sergeant's isn't working. What's best?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 9 months and 14 days old | 12 lbs

My cars have earmites & ive been using Seargents miteaway & its not working. I d like 2 know if theres a better mite medication orc.

The best options to treat ear mites are either revolution spot on or advantage multi spot on, both are prescription anti flea medications but their effect on ear mites is much better than any of the over the counter products.
