My cat had a bump near his ear that burst and is now bleeding.

This large lump needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take Bubble to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.

That looks like it may be a hematoma or a wound that has become infected (very common in outdoor cats). Unfortunately, it needs to be seen by a vet in person so it can be clipped away and the area cleaned/antibiotics given as needed. If you are unable to catch him and bring him in yourself, you may see if your local humane society or animal control can come out to humanely trap him so he can be brought in fore care.

Hi Keira! I'm sorry that Jaguar has a bump on his ear. When cats get into fights with each other, it often results in infected wounds. Cats have a lot of nasty bacteria in their mouths, which is why their bites cause infection. Given that there is pus coming from the bump, it does sound infected and he should see a vet for it. The vet can clean the bump and give him antibiotics to treat the infection. On a side note, I see that Jaguar isn't neutered. Neutering him will help cut down on the aggression between your cats, as that is typically hormonally driven for territory and mating with females. I recommend having that done as well. This looks like it could likely be a ruptured abscess. These usually need antibiotics to resolve. I would encourage you to consider having him evaluated by a veterinarian soon. This lump/bump/growth should be ideally examined by your local vet to have a diagnosis established. Your vet may want to perform an FNA (fine needle aspiration) or a biopsy to sample the bump and determine its underlying nature.
