What's this dry, flaky spot on my cat that isn't painful or itchy?

I would recommend a vet visit. There is a possibility that this could be ringworm which is a contagious fungal infection. It may just be a scratch or abrasion but the vet can look at it and determine if further testing or treatment is needed.

This is likely a local skin infection. If it is in the area where you put topical flea prevention, it could be a reaction to that. Since the hair and skin is coming off so readily, I would have your vet take a look soon to ensure he doesn't need any antibiotics to help prevent it from spreading or getting worse. Flaky skin around the head and ears could be the result of constant itching of those areas due to flea allergy or another cause may be ring worn which typically presents in flaky round patches on the head and neck. If it does not improve soon then it if worth a trip to the vet for a skin scrape and fungal culture. Hope this has helped!

Unfortunately, without seeing it in person, I can't say for certain what is causing this rough and bumpy patch beneath Shiki's ear. I can say that if she is scratching below her ear, that can be a sign of an ear infection, and I do think she should see a vet for it. Ear infections in cats can be caused by ear mites, yeast, or bacteria, and can only be treated by medications from the vet. I recommend having Shiki seen by a vet tomorrow to diagnose if she does have an ear infection, and to get medications to treat it if she does. It's important to treat any ear infection promptly, as leaving it untreated can lead to hearing loss.

This is probably caused by an allergic reaction. first of all make sure you de-flea Ellie regularly every month with a high quality spot on (ex. Advantage) as fleas are by far the most common reason for these reactions. If the fleas are not the problem, it could be an allergic reaction to food or an environmental factor. this is more complicated to treat and will sometimes require medications such as Steroids, anti histamines or cyclosporin in order to stop the allergy.

The photos aren't that clear but this looks like inflammation/infection of the skin. It could have been caused by pathogen or injury or the mine system. To know more and for treatment you will need to go to the vet for an examination.
