Why is my cat drooling, sneezing, and has watery eyes? Is he sick?

Sneezing and drooling can be from many different things. It is not recommended that you give your cat any over the counter medications as most are toxic to cats. If his symptoms persist for longer than 24 hours then he should see a vet. It could be an upper respiratory infection or he may have a dental/tooth infection. He could have ingested or inhaled something toxic. I cannot say for sure.

It may also be allergies which is not as serious a condition but is just as easily managed or treated. Chest x-rays may be required.
