Why is my cat drooling, breathing hard, has a neck lump, and acts odd?

I strongly recommend a urgent vet check up as her condition appears to have deteriorated with the increasing heart rate, breathing and lump. It is likely xrays will be required to determine the underlying cause which may be a hernia or collapsed lung which can worsen days after an accident. The eye should also be reexamined as if there is damage to the back of the eye it may develop painful and progressive glaucoma (increasing pressure due to bleeding etc) which may require removal

It sounds like there could be a few things going on with Whiskers. He could have a respiratory infection causing the heavy breathing, cough, and sneezing. If he is eating (even small amounts) and drinking water as well as interacting with you, urinating, and defecating than he may be able to wait until Wednesday. However, if Michaleto's breathing continues to be abnormal at all to you this may be a sign that he is in pain or has some sort of disease of his heart or lungs.
