My cat gets Depo shots for sneezing. Is long-term use safe for her?

My cat gets a depo medrol shot ever 3-4 months for a random sneezing thing , but then it goes away , but no other symptoms occur, is deposafelongterm?

Absolutely not, Depo is very unsafe long term, it can cause diabetes and other severe non reversible conditions. I would recommend switching treatment to either low dosage oral daily prednisolone or Cyclosporin, both should have the same effect on the condition with much less potential side effects.
