My cat is crying and can't poop. Is he constipated? What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Male | neutered | 7 years and 5 months old | 14.9 lbs

My cat is a Bombay cat and he is walking around the house crying and laying down occasionally so i lifted his tail and there is poop trying to come out but it wont plus his shots arent updated. What can I do about this?

It sounds like Victor is constipated. This could be caused by a foreign body, not enough fiber in the diet, GI polyps, or impacted anal sacs. Given that he is crying in pain, I would take him into the vet right away. He may need an enema or laxative to help him pass feces, and the vet can diagnose the cause of the constipation.
