My cat is coughing, lethargic, not eating, and has a bloated stomach. Should I worry?

Hi... My cat wiskers ,is acting a bit strange lately.....he coughs a bit.....he's become letargic and doesn't have his food......i also noticed a type of orange coloured bead things near her eyes.....also she has running nose and bloated stomach which is due to tapeworms I think......hmm....she's a feral cat actually and shes just got comfortable with me around 3 weeks ago......BTW she's showing the above simptoms from past two days....so is this something I have to worried about or wait for he

This does appear to be a repeat question. My top suspicion here is a viral infection such as FIP. Other possibilities are heart disease, a fungal infection, lower airway disease or upper airway disease. I would take Whisker in to the vet right away for testing. Best case scenario is that this a bacterial infection that will respond to antibiotics. Best of luck at the vet.
