Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed
My cat caught a bird the other day and brought it inside. She let it go and it flew around bumping into things. We managed to get it out safely. However my concern now is for the cats health and my own. Is my cat likely to catch anything from the bird? (It was a sparrow). I'm also concerned about my health. Can we catch anything from the bird knowing it touched things around the house? Is disinfecting necessary? I feel birds are really germy so your advice would help. Thanks
