Cats especially do not tolerate respiratory difficulties well and they will tend to become critical quickly. Her breathing should have stabilized by now, and this can be an indication of a problem. She is a young cat, but it could be she has a problem with her heart causing this breathing problem. Before you get upset, keep in mind that it's summer in Italy where you live, and she may be breathing really fast due to the heat. Keep her in a cool, dark room.
