You Hi my name is Angel, I have an outside/inside cat and when I came outside today she was out but I notice she was breathing fast and her mouth is bleeding but I think it's just like a wound in her mouth I'm guessing she got into a fight withe another animal but she been breathing heavily like that for about 20 minutes now. Should I be worried should I take her to the vet? Also she is walking, moving to different spots but not eating or drinking water.

I would brake your cat to an emergency vet asap. The combination of breathing difficulty and bleeding would make me very concerned regarding trauma that may have let to a pneumothorax/haemothorax. An x-ray will likely be required to know for sure.
