My cat's stomach is bloated, not eating, not pooping. Emergency vet?

If she develops any digestive issues (vomiting/diarrhea), or becomes lethargic, a visit to the vet is in order. For right now, it's probably just fine to watch her. She looks pretty sick in your pictures. Possible causes of a bloated stomach in a kitten are: intestinal parasites, constipation, and feline infectious peritonitis. All of these things are treated differently and have different outcomes. The best thing for Fiorre is to see a Vet for an exam and testing. I hope this helps and I wish Fiorre a speedy recovery!

I'm sorry to hear Rusty is having problems urinating. She could have a urinary tract infection, urinary crystals, or potentially cystitis, which is inflammation of the bladder. I would also be concerned about gas and/or constipation as this can make a cat's abdomen look distended. I would recommend you take Rusty in for an exam with your veterinarian. She likely needs to have her urine checked and her abdomen palpated. Normally we can feel most of the organs in a cat's abdomen. After a good physical exam and abdominal palpation, your vet should be able to have a better idea as to what is going on with her abdomen and how to proceed. Sometimes we need to use further imaging, like x-rays or ultrasound if we can't feel what is going on. My hope is that it's a simple infection that can be treated with some antibiotics. Good luck!

Check if she has milk in one or more of her teats. If so, it is possible she has kittens. When she comes to eat, catch her and take her to your vet for an exam. and then let her go again so she can go feed her kittens. She may have another problelm with her abdomen or she may have retained a kitten. So this is serious.

Choti may have a pyometra which is a uterine infection. This should be considered an emergency and be addressed as soon as possible by your veterinarian. An exam and x-rays may confirm or rule out the condition. Typically, surgery is required.
