My cat bites and attacks me. Is he bored or just aggressive?

Harry is still a kitten. It is normal for kittens to be much more "aggressive" in their playing techniques. The key is to get them to play more appropriately. The first thing I would do is to work on environmental enrichment for Harry. Playing with feet and hands is playful but attacked with ears back and hair puffed is likely aggression. You can make sure to not play with him with your hands or feet. Only use toys to get him trained to what is acceptable and what is not. You can try feliway spays to help keep him calm. make sure when he acts out and does something wrong tell him no and stop playing with him and ignore him. This will help him do the right thing

You can consider re-homing him if that is what you would like to do. Your other option is to take him to the vet and speak to them about getting him some behavioral modification medication that he can take daily which will hopefully calm him.
