My cat is anxious. Why is he peeing, pooping, and meowing everywhere?

I'm glad to see that Pippin has been neutered because this eliminates that possibility of hormone-fueled behavioral changes and aggression. Behavioral changes in cats can occur at any point in time, and could be related to anxiety or stressful situations (even rearranging furniture or introducing new people to the home can be stressful to cats). I would highly recommen taking Chubbs in to your local vet for an examination. He needs to be checked to ensure he doesn't have a UTI first. If he does not, then he is likely soiling the house due to anxiety. The vet can treat for anxiety with medication if that is the cause. The one medication that has the most success for treating things like this, in my opinion, is Fluoxetine, which you can request for Chubbs if indicated.
