My cat got too much medicine. Is an accidental overdose serious?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 2 months old | 6.8 lbs

Hello I gave my cat by mistake the medicine twice its Fortekor 20 ml ( I'm putting 1/2 tablet in 6 ml water and give her 1 ml/ day) but today by mistake I gave her 2 times

I am not sure which dosage of tablet you are using to make the suspension but cats tolerate well 20mg/kg long term, it is very unlikely that a one time doubled dose will cause any toxic effect to Bella even if it is slightly over this dosage.
