Why is my 3-week-old bottle-fed kitten so skinny and not gaining weight?

So this is the 2nd day of me bottle feeding my 3 weeks old kitten since their mom died.I was worried bcs of one kitten is skinny n the other is not.Even before their mom died n were still being nursed by their mom,the kitten is skinny and never gets fat.So it never is fat even tho it drinks a lot of milk.Shoud I be concern about this?

You should be weighing them every day or two to make sure they are gaining weight. If the little on is not gaining weight then you will know it is a problem and you will need to get it to a vet. You can use a kitchen gram scale to weigh them.
