Watery poo is always a sign of a serious gastrointestinal or urinary problem, even if it is the only symptoms. there is no magic cure, you will need to take Fabio to an avian vet specialist to have his droppings analysed.

Normal droppings do have a liquid component, however if they are very watery it may be a good idea to remove any extras such as treats, veggies, fruits, etc from the diet for a few days to see if this clears it up- excessive treats can sometimes cause watery stool. If that doesn't resolve the issue, looking to causes such as an internal parasite which can cause diarrhea may be best. Bringing in a stool sample to your local vet can help determine if this may be the case.
