Illness is the other possibility. Monitor appetite and water intake. Providing heat support might aid in there demeanor. Most avian veterinarian encourage parrots to be kept at 80-85 degrees. It is common for birds who have been frightened to not want to vocalize or play - I would recommend looking to see if there is anything different in their environment, or even in the area surrounding their cage(s). This doesn't have to be something that is a really big change - it can also be something subtle, like a new person in the house or the addition of a new piece of furniture or picture on the wall that has been added. I would also ask if there have been anything that could have entered the air, such as use of a non-stick (Teflon) pan, or anything that scents the air (smoke, air fresheners, candles, etc.). These can be very irritating to the respiratory tract (lungs, windpipe, air sacs, etc.), and can make birds silent as well. It can also be very harmful to them. If you are unable to find any changes to their areas and they continue to be silent for the remainder of the day, then it may be time to have them evaluated by a veterinarian in your area. If Dustu is still ill and having diarrhea, I would highly recommend seeking out vet care to have any underlying issues treated and get her feeling better. If the diarrhea was due to a diet change or by adding in too many treats, letting her adjust to the new diet and removing any extras may help. It may be that she is still feeling somewhat unwell and isn't vocalizing, so ruling out any other health issues is always a good first step. Spending some time together, making sure she is returning back to other normal eating and drinking habits, etc may help her perk back up and return to normal behavior.

That's a lot of change at once and it could be that it's stressing Blu-ray (cute name!) out a bit. I would hold off on giving any extra treats for a few days, as they may be causing digestive upset as well, and see if she improves. If the listless behavior continues, she stops eating or drinking, or she appears to get worse, then it is a good idea to seek veterinary care ASAP to rule out any more serious issues such as an underlying illness or infection.
