Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | unneutered | 0.6 lbs
My Parrot is getting some sort of seizures(attacks) from last 2 days.Although frequency is decreased. Any avain vet are not available here.Please recommend any medicine to stop these attacks.Is there any home remedy?

Disease affecting the liver or brain could result in seizures. Some birds with atherosclerosis can have espisodes that resemble seizures. You should consult your veterinarian and discuss bloodwork and anticonvulsant therapy.

Thanks for reaching out about Brenda. There are multiple causes of seizures in birds: heavy metal or other toxicities, liver or renal disease, brain masses and idiopathic (meaning unexplained). Some are easily treatable, some are more difficult. A veterinary visit is recommend for diagnosis and treatment.
