Thanks for reaching out about Rohkar. Discharge around the eye and neck could be a sign of regurgitation, that could be caused by ingested foreign bodies, toxicities, metabolic concerns, just to mention a few. Mucoid ocular discharge could be an indication of an infection around the eye or in the sinuses.
A veterinary visit is recommended soon, as these diseases can progress rapidly.
