If you suspect mites, there are commercial mite sprays that can be purchased from your local pet store that may help. Keeping the area clean and free of debris may also allow it to heal, however, the beak is VERY overgrown and should be trimmed back, and the feet are also very crusty and painful looking. It would be best to have Pineapple evaluated by a vet, even with at-home treatments, so that additional treatments and care can be provided as needed to help her feel better.
If you can't afford care, this site may help give you some ideas to make it more affordable so Pineapple can get the help she needs: https://www.humanesociety.org/resources/having-trouble-affording-veterinary-care
