Thanks for reaching out about Zucchini. Try measuring the amount of seed you offer in the morning and the remainder by the next day. Let say you determine Zucchini eats 1/2 cup of seed per day. Give 50% (1/4 cup) in the morning and a second bowl of cut vegetables. If he eats all the seed in the morning, he doesn't get any more until the evening. He will not starve. If he gets hungry, hopefully he will eat from the other bowl. You can also try offering cooked pastas, beans and many other human table foods.
Good luck.
