As far as I can see from the photo, the feathers look normal and healthy. Some color change and darkening of feathers is normal, and the feathers may continue to change somewhat until Pa Pa reaches maturity. Molts can also change feather color some as old feathers fall out and new ones come in. If he is otherwise healthy, normal, and active, I wouldn't be worried. If the feathers change rapidly, fall out, seem bothersome, or you notice any signs of illness in addition to the changes, scheduling a checkup with your local vet to rule out any health issues is always the best course of action.

An exam with your vet or an experienced avian vet is always recommended for new birds. At the very least, Phoebe will get a clean bill of health. The sleeping posture and squeaking noises are normal unless Phoebe is sleeping all the time. This doesn't seem to be the case by your description. This can be normal parrot behavior. They may flap and vocalize if happy, or communicating with thier "flock" which may be their human. They may also vocalize as mating behavior. Without more context it is hard to say. He could just be stretching, excited, or adjusting his crop after eating so that food can be more easily digested (these are all normal behaviors.) If he is in discomfort, showing other signs of illness, vomiting, etc, then having a vet take a look is best as those are all signs that it is not normal behavior.

It might be that John is just very excited/happy in that moment and is wanting to let everyone know. If he's otherwise acting healthy and normal I wouldn't be too worried. You can try offering a treat or placing a new toy in his cage to see if it helps keep him happy and interested in something to play with.
