My diamond dove vomited clear fluid after soap. Should I see a vet?

Regurgitating is voluntary, and usually involved a bunch of head bobbing before spitting out a bit of solid food. Birds commonly do this to people they like. Vomiting looks more like head shaking, followed by liquid being flung from the mouth. If she is vomiting a white substance, this could be a medical problem that needs to be addressed by a veterinarian quickly. Infections in the crop from bacteria or fungus can cause vomiting and dehydration in birds quickly. There are also certain viruses, nutritional deficiencies, and poisons that can cause vomiting. Aside from keeping Daisy warm and calm, there isn't anything else that you can for her if she continues to vomit aside from bringing her to an avian vet. If she just vomited twice and it does not continue, you can probably keep an eye on her for repeat occurrences, but if she vomits again, please consider bringing her to the vet. It could be a one time thing, in that case there is no need to worry about it, but if he continues vomiting then he is probably suffering from a gastrointestinal condition and will need to be seen by an avian vet ASAP.

Regurgitation can be caused by inhaled or ingested toxins (plants, paint, zinc, lead, etc.), metabolic problems (liver or kidney disease), infectious agents, gastrointestinal foreign bodies, just to name a few. It's possible you could be overfilling his crop, causing him to regurgitate up some of the extra food. Checking his crop (located on the neck, it will feel like a little balloon when full, or be visible if his feathers haven't grown in) can alert you if he's full or not. If it's full, waiting a bit to feed him again or decreasing the amount fed and just feeding more often can help. If his crop is always full, or he is unable to keep any food down, having a vet take a look to rule out issues such as obstruction or illness is best.

Monitor him for more episodes. Determine if it was regurgitation (which can be normal) or true vomiting. When birds vomit, they typically flick their head from side to side while ejecting matter. Regurgitation is accompanied by bobbing the head up and down and bringing up food. It is not as violent or serious an action as vomiting. If it is vomiting, Patito should be examined by a veterinarian. You may need to take him to the nearest veterinary ER. If he is behaving normally (not lethargic or fluffed up) then he may be able to wait until your vet is available. Keep him warm and as stress free as possible until he sees the vet.

If Rio has been vomiting for a week straight, or you suspect she ate part of a foreign item, those are both very concerning signs. I would seek veterinary care ASAP to rule out any issues such as a foreign body from eating parts of her bed, illness causing GI upset, parasites, infections, etc. It could also be that she is regurgitating as a sign she wants to mate, especially if it is only in one specific area/on her nest. Removing the bed may help resolve this issue some. It is also a good idea to remove the bedding if she is attempting to eat it, and to remove any extra treats or food other than her regular diet to see if that helps improve her symptoms- however, if they continue, seeking veterinary care is needed.
