My conure has blood in its nose. What urgent steps should I take?

I do not see anything wrong with him in these photos. That does not mean that everything is fine. He may have something going on internally. I just suggest you monitor him closely for the next few hours. If he is fine during that time then he will likely be OK. If you notice any abnormal behavior you should have him examined by an avian veterinarian.

Sometimes, if birds have a full crop of water, and fall forward, the water can come out the nose, but this is usually a one time thing. This is not at all normal and I would recommend seeing a vet immediately, especially if it has happened more than once. Injury to the face or nasal passages, respiratory problems, disease, illness, nutritional issues, something stuck in the nose, etc can all be possible causes, and seeking vet care ASAP is best to determine the problem. If Sunny is housed with any other birds, it would be best to move her to a separate hospital cage with easy access to food and water to prevent being picked on by other birds until you can get into your vet.

You need to monitor her in the next 24 hours, check if she is eating, pooping and moving normally. If the bleeding has stopped there is nothing for you to do other tan the monitoring, if she doesn't seem herself after 24 hours- take her to the vet.

Monitor for appetite and actual ingestion of food as they will often play with the food and not eat. Easiest to monitor fecal production. They can get these with injury or disease of the nostrils. If it's just an injury, then it will start going down within a week. If it's something else like an infection, then it will grow or look wose. It is not too dangerous right now, but best to have an avian vet exam within the next day or two. They can help determine if it's serious or not.
