Unfortunately, without an in-person exam, it would be impossible to say. Birds are extremely good at hiding illnesses, and by the time they do show symptoms, it's usually pretty serious. Sounds like you need to take him to your veterinarian due to the behavior and clinical signs that you are describing. Your vet can perform a physical exam and then advise some tests to try to determine what is going on. They can run some quick tests in house such as a fecal wet mount and fecal smear to evaluate the organisms present. Birds can get something called AGY or Avian Gastric Yeast which can cause these types of problems. Also foreign bodies can be ingested even if the bird is caged constantly from toys, cage covers, etc. A cloacal swab can be obtained and sent out as well as bloodwork and x-rays. Once all of the tests are completed, a sound treatment plan can be put into place. So Sorry you are experiencing this problem with Baby. Good Luck
