My cockatiel is suddenly screaming. Is he in pain or stressed?

I'm sorry to hear Baby got so startled! I would examine the wing he is chewing on/having trouble with to check for any injuries or wounds that may be obvious, and also limit his activity for a day to see if it helps with any minor injuries. If you suspect the wing is broken or there is a broken or torn blood feather, seeking veterinary care right away is best for treatment.

Poor Tweety! It doesn’t say what kind of bird this is. But birds can have Frights when something scares them that causes them to do this. Calming and quiet and time will fix this. Cover the cage and turn out the lights and talk quietly to the bird. If the bird has pain somewhere...like a stuck feather, hurt foot, egg binding etc that could also cause them to scream. After a Fright it will take time for the bird to calm down, but if the unusual behavior continues, you should have your bird seen by a vet.

Rio is probably ill, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take him to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease before it can be treated.

Hello. It appears your question got cut off so please consider reposting it. I will say though, based on what you wrote, that Snow White may certainly be sick. If there was no veterinary exam, fecal, or blood work done beforehand, then there’s no guarantee that the birds you acquired weren’t harboring some disease that may only show itself in times of stress (like entering a new aviary, reproduction, etc). Since you already have many birds, their health is potentially at risk and I would recommend having a veterinarian evaluate the new birds. At minimum a physical exam and fecal should be done, but consider Chlamydia screening, blood work, fecal gram stain. Other infectious disease tests can be done but your vet can recommend what they feel is indicated. Good luck!

Since the birds are new to you (and I am assuming new to each other) they are probably a little stressed and taking time to adjust to their new surroundings. Also, since they are new to you, this may be completely normal behavior for them. You may want to try separating them and see if that helps. If they are eating and drinking well, do not appear to be injured and are having normal excrement then I would not be too concerned. Birds are great at mimicking what they hear, sometimes without knowing the context or meaning behind what they're saying. However, if Columbo is acting ill, or seems painful when you touch or handle him, it is best to schedule a vet visit to make sure there isn't anything wrong. Signs of illness can include listless behavior, favoring a wing or foot, not eating or drinking, changes to stool, sneezing, feather loss, etc, and should be checked out by a vet to rule out any underlying causes.
