Why is my cockatiel suddenly quiet and acting sick after a vet visit?

Those are all very general signs that could indicate Quill isn't feeling well, especially since birds are very good at hiding illnesses until its too late. If the temperature in her room checks out OK and she is still showing symptoms, it wouldn't hurt to bring her to a vet just in case to rule out any issues. Taking note of any other changes, such as to stool consistency, eating habits, etc can also help clue you in (and your vet) to possible issues.

It's possible, but hard to tell without knowing Pancake's breeding history. It could be that Pancake is still just settling into his new place which is why he is quieter, however if he continues to have trouble balancing, seems to act ill, or doesn't seem to settle in as normal, a trip to the vet is a good idea to rule out any health issues that may need treating.

I think I would be worried and you should take him to a vet that specializes in birds to examine him. He may have an underlying illness or it may be related to stress. Either way, this is not normal behavior an you should really have him checked out. Poko is probably ill, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take him to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease before it can be treated. i recommend having it done ASAP.

Is Rio still eating but just quieter? The best way to monitor this is not by looking a the food level, as they can scatter it around, but to quantitate the amount of feces produced. Clean the cage daily, same time every day, count number of fecal droppings. Slowing down and eating less might be an indication of being ill, and if concerned, a veterinary visit is recommended. Providing supplemental heat at 80-85 degrees might help support the immune system. Good luck.
