My cockatiel's chest bone sticks out, wings bleed, and he falls. What's wrong?

Hi my pet cockatiels chest bone is sticking out, her wings are bleeding and he can't stand without falling please can you help!!

It sounds as if Eddie may be malnourished or losing weight. The difficulty perching may be due to nutritional, metabolic, infectious or neurological issues. You will need to have him physically examined by your veterinarian or an experienced avian vet to diagnose the underlying cause.
For now, remove or lower perches, pad the bottom of his cage, use small towels to provide support to keep him upright. Keep him warm and as stress free as possible until he sees the doctor.
