Is a blister-like lump on my baby cockatiel's neck and wing normal?

My baby cockatiel has a blister looking thing starting behind his neck en going down under his right wing, should i be worried

Thanks for reaching out about Birdie. By the description, probably a cervical air sac, a normal part of the anatomy, but no usually inflated. With being a baby, might just be more obvious due to not all feathers have grown in.
