My budgie has a chest injury. Is it safe for her to fly or travel?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | 50 lbs

Hi! I am getting ready to go on vacation and would like to take my pet budgie, can she be able to fly if she has a hole in her chest? whenever she's on me and i try to pet her she'll fly off er and hit the floor, and i pick her up and i can see her chest with like this yellow thing i guess its her skin holding on.... Help?!

If she is ill or injured, she should not travel. Have her examined by an experienced avian veterinarian to diagnose illness or injury. Treat as indicated. Ask a friend or family member to "baby sit" her while you are away.
