Hi, I have a month old baby chick with Splayed leg! The vet clinic says they can't help over the phone so I have to make an appointment. The examination is $95, and anything else they have to do to the chick, will add on to that price. I don't want to waste our time and money if all the Vet will tell me is there's nothing they can do or we have to amputate it and he won't live a normal life. Please help.

Poor Stumbles you may be able to make a type of splint or hobbles to keep her legs from splaying out. Legally on pet coach we are not allowed to suggest medical doses for drugs. Make sure she receives a good poultry diet so that she doesn't have nutritional deficiencies.
