After graduating from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Angela Silva joined both private practices and national veterinary networks where she discovered her enjoyment for teaching, mentoring, and leading teams with compassion, care and positivity.
Dr. Silva joined Petco in 2020, and has progressed from Area Medical Director to Regional Medical Director, now serving as Chief Veterinarian, Central & East, where her dedication, expertise and passion for exceptional veterinary care continue to make a lasting impact. Throughout her career at Petco, she has received several awards, including VTC Doctor of the Year and the Petco Epic Elite Achiever Award, in recognition of her significant contributions to our mission of improving lives.
