Yes, it is fine to give Panda a bath while she is in heat. You should use a dog formulated shampoo, as human shampoos can dry out her skin. You can put toys in the bath to make it fun, but be sure that the water is lukewarm.

Nikki is adorable! Thank you so much for posting pictures. You posted about a number of concerns, so hopefully I can address all of them. As far as her teeth go, it is always recommended to have a full dental cleaning under anesthesia to resolve any underlying problems and pain, then follow up with something like a water additive to decrease additional dental calculus from forming. My favorite dental product is PetSmile, but it does need to be applied to the teeth. https://petsmileusa.com There has been a lot of evidence that increasing the amount of Omega 3 fatty acids in the diet can make a big difference for inflammation and itching. Cats usually do not need to be bathed and are typically extremely stressed by water baths. I recommend stopping the baths and ordering a liquid calming supplement called VetriScience composure which when given daily often relieves anxiety in cats and dogs. Getting Feliway calming pheromone plug ins can be very helpful as well. Both are available on chewy.com or PetCo.com. Good luck!

The only shampoo you should use on a cat that is not cat shampoo would be human baby shampoo. I think you should apply a topical flea treatment on him one day after you bathe him just to rule that out as the problem.

If the bunny seems ok/is behaving normally today (normal appetite/energy/breathing) I wouldn't be worried about toxic effects but skin irritation could result if the wash was very perfumed. If the bunny wasn't too stressed by the bathing you could try washing her with a puppy/kitten shampoo from the pet store to remove any of the remnants of the body wash.
