I would get them doggie sweaters! This will help keep them warm both inside and outside the house. They can wear the sweaters indoors, and you can also get thick doggie coats for them to wear outside. Pet stores will carry these, and some of the stuff they have is really cute. I'd buy those for your dogs. I hope this helps!

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. At temperatures like this, I would be concerned with having Teddy out for more than 5 minutes. I would recommend using the boots for his feet that you can find online or at a local pet store and dressing him in a doggy sweater as this will help reduce chance of hypothermia / damage to the skin from the cold. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and would be more than happy to help you further.

Fleas and allergies to fleas can set-up an environment for infection. It's possible that this is complicating the recovery process. The skin will often start to heal once the fleas are gone, but it's worth treating for infection by giving a bath with a medicated dog shampoo (can get this at the pet store). It's best to just give a bath with the medicated shampoo once every week, until the skin starts to look normal. It's expected that it will take a month or more until the dogs start to look normal again, so stick with it and they should get through this fine. Treating for fleas is not just restricted to the host, because fleas can reproduce and nest in the environment and continually cause an issue. Below is a link to a short article that explains treating the dogs and environment for fleas: https://www.petcoach.co/article/5-tips-to-get-rid-of-fleas/ If the skin problems are not getting better, or are getting worse in the next two weeks, then it's best to have your dogs e

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! In reality if Teddy likes the snow and he is comfortable outside you do not necessarily need the booties and coat unless you are staying for an extended amount of time (over 20-30 minutes). You can start using it when it is under 40 degrees Fahrenheit. It really depends on Teddy and what he tolerates. For my dogs I usually do it when it is under 20 degrees Fahrenheit based on what they tolerate specifically. Good luck!

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I would put her on a Glucosamine AND Omega 3 fish oils. I like Dasquinn treats and for fish oils I prefer VRS Omega Benefits but it is a liquid. Otherwise try Nordic naturals. The Omega fish oils helps the joints and skin and the glucosamine is just for the joints. https://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=34361 https://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=24785 https://www.vrshealth.com/feline-products/omegacat/ I hope this helps!
