There are many places to look for budgie toys online, and doing a simple google search can help you find them. Looking at places such as Petco (if available in your area), Drs Foster Smith, etc, or other online pet stores can give you an idea of what's available and can be shipped to you. most places will also mark the size of the toy so you can pick out ones appropriate for budgies.

My 2 love birds seem to be bored and unhappy quite a bit, i think that they may need some toys to cheer them up? what would you prefer i do and what kind of toys would be best for them?
Some toys or changes to the environment are definitely a great way to help reduce boredom. You can look for toys that are soft or fuzzy to encourage preening and chewing behavior, or toys that can move around such as swings or bendy ladders for exercise. Treats that have to be pecked at are also great enrichment. Just be sure to choose toys that are designed for your bird's size and activity level. If you have a pair, you may also want to add in a nest or some nesting material to encourage building and give them extra enrichment.

Where can I buy travel cages for my birds? What cage would you recommend? I have 3 parakeets and I’m moving to a new house soon and I want to make sure I move them properly.
You should be able to purchase a travel cage at any local pet store that carries bird supplies. You'll want to find one that is large enough to house all three birds comfortably, and that a food and water dish can be placed in. You'll want the same spacing of the bars as you would a regular cage (usually 1/2 inch or smaller for parakeet and smaller birds) to prevent any injury. You may also want to find a cover that can fit the travel cage as well, as keeping it dark while moving the birds can help reduce stress and anxiety during the move.

So both of my birds really don’t like me and I have had them since April can you please give me some tips to like me?
Thanks for reaching out and including photos. The difficulty is winning the trust of these small birds. Try offering treats by hand and then encouraging them to step up to gain the reward. Even using a small diameter perch to step up and then remove them from the cage. Many birds are cage protective and personalities with mellow once out of the cage. Keep all movements slow, noises quiet, and lights low. A book titled " A Guide to a Well Behaved Parrot" has some useful information. Good luck.

my pet cockateil petre dose not really have a treat food ive tried millet sun flower seeds ect and i can take him out of his cage on a stick but he resists i use a stick because he bites but once i have him out he will let me scratch him sometimes wh
You can use grapes sliced in half or small bits of cheese as occasional treats. He may feel protective in his cage. You can desensitize him to your hand in the cage by leaving it in there for ever increasing periods of time. Use a small treat or reward after each episode. The vocalization and nibbling while being scratched is normal. When he begins to bite harder or gets "antsy", return him to his cage for a break.
