Hello, and thank you for using Boop by Petco. Oh dear, poor Gus! You did exactly right in bringing him directly to the vet, and I'm relieved that his lungs looked normal as sometimes electrical shock can cause fluid to be retained in the lungs. In my opinion, there is no specific supplement or medication that will make any significant impact on boosting Gus's immune system - the most important thing is just to make sure he's getting good high quality nutrition, and make sure he stays well hydrated. Since he has burns in his mouth that could influence his willingness to eat, it might help to either offer him canned food (I'd stick with the same brand & type you're currently feeding, to avoid GI upset), or you can soak his kibble in a little warm water for 15 minutes prior to feeding. These skin lesions are probably not from a bite. It looks like a mild skin infection. The Vetericyn you are using should be all you need. If you want to get this product and put it on after the Vetericyn has dried you can do that but it is probably not necessary, https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/walgreens-triple-antibiotic-with-pain-relief/ID=prod6210768-product

I suggest you get this wound spray to apply 3-4 times a to it. If he is licking it you will need to put a cone collar on him until it is mostly healed. If he licks it, it will either not heal or it will take a very long time to heal. These all look like superficial grazes in the pictures provided and I would keep them clean with saline or dilute iodine disinfectant. Monitor closely for any heat, pain or swelling around any of the wounds which would indicate infection requiring antibiotics from your vet. I recommend you keep them separated to prevent further injury in the future
