Customers under the age of 18 cannot purchase live Companion Animals or Aquatic Life without a parent or guardian present. (Excluding crickets and worms). Due to the demands of time and intricate care required with certain species, it is in the best interest of the animals to not sell to minors. Parental permission at time of sale will ensure a better home for the animal and lower our rate of return.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I really like the angora and mini lop breeds as they are beautiful and fun to keep. Try to get to see the rabbit you are choosing for a bit so that you can make sure that he is social and interactive. Also, make sure that the rabbit is eating well and has been evaluated by a veterinarian to ensure that he is doing well. Good luck!

Thank you for using Boop by Petco! I’m sorry for your losses. I do need a little more information to give you a better idea about what is going on - were there any signs prior to death? Some mice carry bacteria and viruses that do not necessarily make them sick, but can be transmitted to other mice and be harmful. I hope this helps and am happy to answer any other questions you have!

Thanks for reaching out. Sound like you have a full house. 1. Birds will often bond together but continue to work with them in a quiet environ, offering treats to win and re-enforce trust. Toys, the radio or tv, can all assist with boredom. Setting up foraging toys so birds need to spend time looking for food. 2. There is no such thing as too big a cage. 3. Heating rocks are rarely approved for use, as they will eventually become faulty and get too hot, potentially damaging the animal. A heat lamp is recommended. 4. The bunny's litter box should be spot cleaned daily and full clean weekly. If you can smell it you waited too long. Good luck.
