All visiting pets are required to be appropriately restrained (leash, carrier, travel habitat). Please note that any pet found to pose a danger to other animals, customers, or Petco Partners will be asked to leave to preserve the safety of all pets and people in the store.

Hi there and thanks for your post on Boop by Petco! I would recommend calming supplements for your pets that have L-theanine in them which can have a calming effect. I would recommend a product called Composure from VetriScience which comes in a liquid and chewable form. Hello and thank you for reaching out to Boop by Petco. Putting a pet into cargo can be scary, as you cannot check in on them during that time. I recommend providing blankets and toys that may make her feel more comfortable. You can ask your veterinarian for light sedative medications that you can give prior to the flight to help her relax.
