Yes, you can certainly give Luna a dose of Capstar after applying Pet Armour Plus. The Capstar should kill adult fleas quickly, but will not provide lasting prevention against maturing larvae and eggs. Pet Armour should be able to provide this prevention for the remainder of the month. However, when Luna is due for another dose of flea prevention next month, I would instead recommend using a higher quality product, such as Nexgard, Bravecto, or K9 Advantix II, as I tend to find these products more effective. I hope this helps and that all goes well!

The Vetguard plus contains a product that is not good for killing fleas, so it makes sense why you are still seeing them. The Petarmor is a totally different product, so it's safe to use and has ingredients that are good at killing fleas. I'd recommend trying that product and seeing how it goes. The fleas should all be dead after 3 days. I hope that helps and you get this problem under control soon.

Hello , thank you for using Boop by Petco. The testicles do look red/irritated. He may very well have scraped them. You will need to put a cone collar on him to prevent him from licking them. You can also purchase this hydrogel spray (linked below) and apply that twice daily. It should heal easily with this regimen. I know everyone hates the cone collar but if he starts licking the skin it will not heal no matter what you apply on it. ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/contech-procone-soft-recovery-collar-1558315 ) ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/3-oz-3-fl-oz-hot-spot-antimicr-2877113 ) I'm not sure if the PetArmor caused the diarrhea but it is possible. Just as a side note, that is not the best flea/tick prevention. I would suggest you get something better and safer either from your vet or you can get something over the counter like this Seresto collar. Both products essentially do the same thing although they use different active ingredients so I'm not sure why you want to use both. That would be overkill and you could overdose your dog. You can always call Pet Armor: 1-888-908-8425 My opinion is to pick one product or the other. I hope this helps. Best wishes!

Unfortunately Pet Armor is a very poor product, and I don't recommend it. Flea collars typically don't work unless you get a good one like Seresto. I would get them Capstar. It's a one time pill that starts killing fleas in 30 minutes. It's safe to give with the Pet Armor, and give it daily until two weeks have passed after you put on the Pet Armor. Then applied a good flea treatment program like Revolution or Advantage. You also have to disinfect the environment, as that will be a continuing source of fleas . Wash their bedding in hot soapy water, and vacuum the furniture and carpet surfaces. You can use a spray to kill fleas in the house, such as Indorex, or a flea bomb would work well to kill the fleas in the home. I hope this helps!
