What Omega 3 supplement helps my dog's allergies and itchy skin?

Hello. Honestly, I recommend either Nordic Naturals or Bayer Free Form Snip Tips. Both of these are highly recommended by veterinary dermatologists, too. You will need to call other veterinarians to see who carries Cytopoint. My personal preference, completed unrelated to Boop by Petco or Petco, would be Cosequin ( http://www.cosequin.com/dogs/ ) or Dasuquin ( http://www.dasuquin.com/en/products/#dog ). Both are made by Nutromax Labs.

Are Welactin and 3-V good supplements for my dog's allergic skin?

Both of them are products containing omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins and fish oil basically. Any veterinary product available in Portugal with similar content (ask your local veterinarian as unfortunately I do not know about veterinary market products in Portugal) will be fine. These are not specific medicines but only supplements that can help with allergic skin but not treat the signs (itch usually). Drugs that will help with the signs would be basically steroids, Apoquel, and immunosuppressive medications. Is Natural Pet Bronchial Wellness safe for dogs? What about DMG side effects?

I apologize, I looked up Bronchial Wellness as posted in your last question, not the Natural Pet Bronchial Wellness! Bronchial Wellness is the human form, and it contained eucalyptus essential oil, which is toxic to dogs. That was my concern with it. The Natural Pet Bronchial Wellness is designed for animals when they have symptoms of bronchial congestion or cough. I would only use in on Merrill when she has symptoms of that, not a regular basis. If the DMG makes her tired, then I wouldn't use it at all on her. It's supposed to be used daily to get it's fully effects, and using it only once a week will not give her the full benefits of the supplementation.
