You can try feeding them commercial fish food or meal works from your local pet store. If you would like a consult, you can provide pictures and we can give you a better idea of what kinds of fish they are and if they have special requirements for their diet. Hope this helps!

Not sure but I think I did!! Fish oil is not needed as long as her food is of good quality. That ratio seems balanced and ok. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation (where you can post pictures ) if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.

Hi, thanks for using PetCoach! I love Omega 3 fish oils is a great supplement for all dogs. It helps with the joints, skin and almost every bodily function. I prefer Nordic Naturals or VRS Omega Benefits but this product looks fine. https://www.vrshealth.com/canine-products/omegadog/

I love Nordic Naturals and I always recommend using a veterinary product when available. They do tests to make sure you are giving the right amount for your dogs size. So while you can give fish oil from Costco I would stick to a veterinary formulation. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Chloe.

In general, foods low in sodium and phosphorus are good choices for patients with kidney disease. The best fatty acid supplement you can provide in my opinion to your kitty is this: https://www.chewy.com/nutramax-welactin-feline-omega-3-cat/dp/101463?utm_source=google-product&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=f&utm_content=Nutramax&utm_term=&gclid=Cj0KEQjwv_fKBRCG8a3ao-OQuZ8BEiQAvpHp6BoPUzdXnGydlce04vEekIBtBBc1AgMnoFoND3oiRtgaAupp8P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds It is easy to dose and generally considered palatable by most cats. I think it is a perfectly fine idea to use them in your kitty.
