My own personal preference, unrelated to Petco or PetCoach, is the CET line of enzymatic chews by Virbac ( https://us.virbac.com/home/our-products/pagecontent/product-selector/cetenzymatic-oral-hygiene-chews.html ). Our vet recommended OraVet for Bella but is there maybe a cheaper alternative that is just as good?
Yes absolutely! I highly recommend the Virbac dental chews that are almost half the price as the Oravet, and they really do work! I use these on my own pets. Would it be benifical to give my dog science diet t/d dental care diet as treats? She gets royal Canin for cavaliers as her main diet but I like the idea of the dental care diet as treats? Would this still provide modest benefits to her oral health?
Hello and thank you for contacting Boop by Petco. t/d diet, dentisticks and other dental care treats have minimal beneficial effect if any. Cleaning teeth daily and regular dental checks work much better. Please, stick to that, as dental care diets are in my opinion, not worth the money.

I would recommend oral health products that are approved by the Veterinary Oral Health Council. I have linked a list of approved products below.
