Should my small dog switch to Ollie raw food from Kahoots kibble?

I personally do not like raw diets. They are hard to get balanced correctly, and there is a risk of salmonella and E.coli poisoning to both the dog and owner. Patches would be fine on dry dog food. Brands I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams. I hope this helps!

Is Ollie dog food safe and recommended? What do vets say about it?

It is very new so no vets really have much experience with this food. That being said, I have heard of it and I know a few clients that use it and love it. I am OK with it because they use AAFCO standards. Any food that is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles should be fine to feed. Raw feeding is a very good option for many dogs, as long as done properly. hygiene and freshness of the ingredients are the key to this diet, it is important to get the raw meals from a good supplier, you will usually need a dedicated freezer to store the food. it is also very important to take the food out of the freezer not too long before giving it to your dog as it can go bad quite quickly when left outside.

Real Nature seems to be a very high quality food, it is not one i am familiar with but the ingredient list is quite impressive. if he is doing well on this brand i would probably stick with it. other excelent options include Orijen, Acana and taste of the wild.

If you can find a food that satisifes these 3 things, that's the one to feed. Stay away from store or discount brands. They typically contain low quality ingredients and more fillers.
