Great question! The Veterinary Oral Health Council is a group of veterinary dentists that investigates and reviews products that are marketed for dental care in pets. You can find a list of the products for cats that have received their seal of approval here: http://www.vohc.org/accepted_products_cats.html

Sully is adorable! Thanks for including a picture. I wish I could give you a simple answer to your question, but every animal is different and some require a combination of products. I would say that about 50% of the animals I try it with have a good response to Rescue Remedy, so that is often my first choice for cats (especially since it can just be added to the water). I have not used the other products, but both appear to have ingredients that could be used alone or in combination with Rescue Remedy. Don't forget that natural supplements are much more variable than medications and will not sedate, so they are sometimes not enough for a very anxious cat. I also recommend combining supplements with a Feliway Diffuser ( https://www.feliway.com ) or a Comfort Zone Diffuser ( https://www.comfortzone.com/ ) in your house. This is a calming pheromone that will work for a month. You could also consider calming music specifically for cats ( http://throughadogsear.com/tace/through-a-ca

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Beatrice. Royal Canin Veterinary Diets makes a prescription urinary diet as does Purina ProPlan Veterinary Diets. These options may be better for her if the current diet is not helping the crystals. This should be verified by frequent urine examinations. Adding more moisture to her diet through water or canned food will help dilute her urine. This will help as well. I hope this information helps!

If you are concerned about food sensitivities or allergies, feed one exclusively (no treats, just the food) for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. Then do the same for the other. Choose the food that Sweetie does best on. If she tolerates both, choose the one she likes best and is easiest for you to buy.

You can use the beach sand, you do not need to clean it. But you can also use shredded paper and wood shavings or wood pellets if available. Seeing that you are in Tamil Nadu it is likely that the heat of the day pretty much sterilises the sand anyway (I remember trying to walk on the beach in Chennai one...immediately had blisters on the soles of my feet.) However cat litter is available over the internet in India: https://www.amazon.in/Intersand-Odourlock-Cat-Litter-12Kg/dp/B00LXYHLQI https://www.amazon.in/Litter/b?ie=UTF8&node=4771538031 http://www.indiancatlitter.com/ https://www.nappets.com/cats/cat-litter/
