Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center! I personally like the Purina Pro Plan diets as well as the Hill's Science Diet foods as I think they are both palatable and highly nutritious. In terms of treats, I think the milk bones products are both nutritious, palatable and reasonably priced. Good luck and best wishes!

Easy snacks include raw carrots or green beans. You can also dehydrate boneless chicken breasts to use as treats and rewards. Most of the premium diets offer treats in their product lines. These brands include Royal Canin, Canidae, Acana or Orijen.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I would recommend another of the Purina pro Plan diets which is the Purina Pro Plan shredded blends. This is easily found at a pet store for an affordable price and it is of very good quality. Good luck and have a good night!

Hi, thanks for using PetCoach! It definitely could be related to the food change or it is environmental allergies. The fall can cause allergies for sure. If you want to rule one thing at a time out, you can either do a course of antihistamines until the first frost and see if things with the eyes and skin improve as long as they aren’t miserable and itchy or change the diet first and wait to start the medication. Good luck! https://www.petcoach.co/canigive/dog/zyrtec/

Hello. Honestly, I recommend either Nordic Naturals or Bayer Free Form Snip Tips. Both of these are highly recommended by veterinary dermatologists, too. You will need to call other veterinarians to see who carries Cytopoint. It is an excellent product & most of my clients love the convenience of only needing a simple injection once ever 6-8 weeks to control their pet's allergies. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
