You may try adding some warm water to her food to soften it and make it easier to eat. Also low sodium chicken broth can entice a dog to eat/drink (use only small amounts). So far as water Jade should be able to drink but try using a shallow dish like a saucer with a rim.

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! The link below is a good fountain and I like The Drinkwell 360 stainless steel fountain. I had that for my cat. https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/petsafe-drinkwell-stainless-steel-zen-water-fountain Have a great day

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I would highly advice that you leave water available for Toby at all times, including overnight. This is always true for dogs as it is hard to know when exactly they will feel the need of drinking water but it is especially true for puppies as they are a bit harder to predict. Water will prevent dehydration. Have a good evening!

Three or four weeks is way too young for a puppy to be separated from its mother! A puppy should not leave it's mother until it's at least eight weeks of age. Canned puppy food has a high moisture content, so Princess will be getting water from eating that food, but I recommend adding water to the canned food to get more water into her system. You can also try mixing the replacement milk in with her canned food. She likely wasn't fully weaned from her mother, and that may be contributing to her not drinking water from a bowl. I will put a link below on how to teach a puppy to drink water from a bowl. I hope this helps! https://pets.thenest.com/could-teach-puppies-drink-water-bowl-5748.html

This won't harm her. When we worry about contaminated water, typically its water that other animals urine or deficate in. (Pee or poop). A drinking water sized bowl that you are often rinsing and refilling does not pose any problem. Thanks for asking Boop by Petco!
