Kong toys with frozen peanut butter or other frozen treats can provide hours of entertainment without the added risk of breaking teeth on hard bones. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. I would recommend offering more toys that keep Benny busy longer. Kong toys that you can fill with peanut butter work great and you can find the kong toys online or at your local pet store. You can also try NaturVet Quiet Moments calm chews with melatonin which can also be found online or at your local PetCo. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! You need to continue to practice. Not continuing training will undo all that you have accomplished. Practice daily. Practice off leash with longer sits and holds. Sign up for a more advance obedience class. The more you practice and say his name the better he will be. Sadly there is no magic fix, some dogs need to be pushed. Start small with the peanut butter to be sure it doesn't cause an upset stomach and gradually increase the volume over time until the kong is filled. There are also other recipes online for things to fill up the kong. Good luck!

You could try to give her a Kong filled with treats or other types of toys that that dispense treats when playing with. You can even freeze the Kong with a peanut butter/ treat mixture so it takes longer for the dog to eat.

No problem! Yeah just fill that Kong up! Presumably puppies can have “off” days just like we can. Also they are very smart. To be honest, she now knows that you’ll let her out of her run if she gives the signal that she has to potty. She’s going to use that to try and get out of her run to play because I’m guessing you let her out every time she does that. If she is actually going potty every time, of course let her out but if she isn’t, don’t buy her act. If she normally goes potty every 3-4 hours and just went potty 20 minutes ago, she might be a liar. Consider ignoring her for an hour. The run is perfectly fine as long as you keep stuff that can’t be chewed out of there!
