Birds cannot digest items such as cheese and should not be given it as it can make them ill. If Barkha became ill after eating it, I would worry he is very sick from something he can't digest and should be seen by a vet right away, especially since he is showing symptoms of illness. Removing him to a warm hospital cage with access to food and water may help, but vet care is needed at this point.

Thanks for reaching out about Kiki and including a photo. Vegetables are more important, including those that are red, yellow and orange in color, to provide a wide range of vitamins. Fruit are less important as mainly sugar, and should make up at most 10% of diet. Beans and legumes as a protein source is also important. Good luck.

Thanks for reaching out. Are these birds becoming more mature, therefore hierachy changing, or competition over food, perches, territory? The daily diet should consist of some seed but also fresh vegetables (all), a protein source such as cooked beans/tofu, therefore treats can be fruit (dried, fresh). Good luck.
